Anti-Spam Policy

1. Policy Statement

Creatizo Media Holdings Limited (“FrontDesk.ie,” “we,” “us”), a company registered in Ireland (CRO: 798461), trading as FrontDesk.ie, strictly prohibits the use of unsolicited bulk email or any form of spam to advertise, promote, or reference any of its domains, products, websites, or services.

This policy applies to all employees, contractors, affiliates, partners, and any third parties acting on behalf of or in association with the Company.

2. Covered Domains

This policy covers all domains owned or operated by Creatizo Media Holdings Limited, including but not limited to:

Any additional domains registered in the future by the Company are automatically covered under this policy.

3. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

3.1 Sending unsolicited commercial email that contains, references, advertises, or links to any domain owned or operated by Creatizo Media Holdings Limited.

3.2 Purchasing, renting, harvesting, scraping, or otherwise acquiring email lists for the purpose of sending unsolicited messages referencing our domains.

3.3 Using any automated system to send bulk unsolicited messages mentioning our domains, products, or services.

3.4 Authorising or permitting any affiliate, reseller, partner, or third party to send unsolicited messages on our behalf or mentioning our domains.

4. Permitted Email Communications

All outbound email communications from Creatizo Media are:

Targeted B2B outreach sent only to verified business contacts as part of one-to-one business correspondence.

Opt-in communications sent to recipients who have explicitly consented to receive messages from us.

Transactional messages related to active customer accounts or service delivery.

All permitted communications include a clear and immediate mechanism for recipients to opt out of further contact.

5. Opt-Out and Unsubscribe

All email recipients have the right to opt out of further communication at any time. All opt-out and unsubscribe requests are honoured within 24 hours. We maintain a permanent suppression list of opted-out contacts to ensure they are never contacted again.

6. Third-Party and Affiliate Enforcement

No affiliate, partner, contractor, or third party is authorised to send unsolicited messages on behalf of Creatizo Media or referencing any of our domains.

Any affiliate, partner, or third party found to be sending unsolicited messages referencing Creatizo Media domains will have their relationship terminated immediately and may be reported to the relevant authorities.
