I’m Denis I run FrontDesk.ie under Creatizo Media Holdings Limited, an Irish-registered company based in Dublin.
I spent nearly a decade running a services company with 150+ clients, seven divisions, eight-figure revenue. Then I moved into tech sales for major platforms in fintech, digital marketing, and martech – consistently the top performer on every team I joined. I know what happens when a business can’t keep up with its own demand.
But what stuck with me was watching small business owners drown in messages they couldn’t reply to fast enough. My barber. My personal trainer. The nail tech down the road. The plumber mid-job. Same story: phone buzzing while they’re with a client, WhatsApp piling up, bookings gone by the time they reply.
So I built FrontDesk.
